From the first moment you feel that Rio have an special charm. The location of the city is incredible, the mountains, the lake, the beaches, but is not only this, you can easily see that people enjoy their lives there.
From the security point of view, we have walked around without any problem. Everybody advise you about the common sense things, like don´t go to a Fabellas zone if you are not going with a local, don´t stay at the beach at night, but that was all.
This impressions don´t let you see that is a really complex city, with a large poor population leaving in Fabellas all around the reach zone, but comparing to Venezuela, I think that in Brazil the situation is better.
